1. High & Low Rib Standing Seam Aluminum-Magnesium-Manganese Integrated Machines

This flagship product line is divided into 65mm high rib standing seam equipment and 25mm low rib standing seam equipment, tailored for different architectural functional demands.
  • 65mm High Rib Standing Seam Machine
     
    Designed exclusively for main roofs of large-span public buildings. The high vertical rib delivers outstanding wind uplift resistance and fully concealed interlocking waterproof performance, perfectly matching airports, high-speed railway stations, stadiums, exhibition centers, large industrial plants and logistics warehouses. It handles harsh coastal typhoon, heavy snow and high-wind areas with long-term leak-proof performance.
  • 25mm Low Rib Standing Seam Machine
     
    Dual-purpose for small-span roofs and decorative exterior facades. The slim rib creates delicate, elegant linear aesthetics, ideal for villas, resorts, boutique cultural buildings and clubhouses. It is also widely used for commercial building facades, canopies, entrance awnings and decorative wall cladding, satisfying architects’ diverse curved and personalized design requirements.
Equipped with PLC intelligent touch control, the integrated machine realizes continuous feeding, forming and fixed-length cutting at a speed of 10–30 m/min, with forming accuracy controlled within ±0.1mm. Optional automatic positive & negative curving modules produce arched roof panels for dome and curved architectural projects.

2. Fully Automatic C & Z Purlin Integrated Forming Machine

Xinhonghua’s CZ purlin machine supports rapid switching between C-type and Z-type profiles without complex mold replacement. It automatically adjusts width (100–300mm) and web height (30–100mm), completing hydraulic punching, forming and flying cutting in one production line. Only 30 minutes are needed for full manual profile conversion, drastically cutting downtime and labor costs.
 
The purlins produced serve as core load-bearing components for factory roofs, warehouse wall supports and large steel structure projects, favored by steel structure contractors in Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
